FULL RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We care about your experience with Evolv Moto and want you to be happy with each purchase. We partner with a curated group of independent brands. Because each brand manages its own fulfillment and returns, return eligibility may vary by item. Please read this page carefully to understand your options.

Returns

Most items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • The item must not be marked Final Sale or Non-Returnable

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable due to supplier policies. These include (but are not limited to):

  • Final sale items
  • Personalized or custom products
  • Items explicitly marked Non-Returnable or Final Sale on the product page

These exclusions will always be clearly noted before purchase.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at orders@evolvmoto.com with your order number
  2. We’ll confirm eligibility 
  3. If approved, we’ll send return instructions specific to that item

⚠️ Do not send items back without authorization, as each supplier uses a different return address.

Refunds

Once the supplier receives and inspects the item:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit (depending on supplier policy)
  • Processing times vary by supplier and payment provider

Return Shipping

You are responsible for return shipping fees, which are determined by the supplier. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right.
